Use of Website This website is owned and operated by NANA. All content, images, and materials are the property of NANA and may not be copied or reused without written permission. 2. Our Services We provide nanny placement, consultation, and ongoing childcare support services. All services are described clearly on our site and may be updated or withdrawn at any time. 3. Booking & Payment All consultations must be paid for at the time of booking. Placement packages are invoiced and payable as outlined in your agreement. Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed before payment. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Placement package refund terms are outlined in your signed agreement. 5. User Conduct By using this site or our services, you agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or act in a way that disrupts or harms the experience of others. 6. How We Use It Your data is used to match families and nannies, arrange services, respond to enquiries, and manage consultations or placements. We’ll never share it without your permission. 3. Storage & Protection We use secure systems and password-protected tools to store your data safely and comply with UK data protection laws. 4. Who We Share It With Only relevant parties involved in the placement process, or trusted partners (like payroll services), and only with your consent. 5. 3. Nanny placement package T&C's
Last updated: 11/04/2025 1. Placement Fee The one-time placement fee of £1,950 (split in to two payments - £950 after free initial consultation and £1000 at the time of match agreed). All payments will be invoiced and sent via bank transfer. This covers consultation, personalised nanny matching, DBS and reference checks, interview coordination, payroll company discount code and contract advice, and access to support throughout the process. 2. Matching Process NANA will provide carefully selected nanny introductions that match the family's requirements. Each introduction includes a full profile and the opportunity to interview. 3. Refund Policy If, after your introductions, no suitable match is found and the family chooses not to proceed, NANA will refund 75% of initial fee (£950). If the first placement fails (within the first 6 weeks) and the second replacement also fails (within the first 6 weeks) , NANA will refund 75% for the full fee (£1950) Refunds must be requested in writing (email accepted). 4. Replacement Guarantee If a placement of a nanny fails within the first 6 weeks, NANA will offer one free replacement search. This does not apply in cases of redundancy or contract breach by the family. 5. Terms Acceptance By purchasing a placement package, the family agrees to these terms 6. NANA is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our fees. If this changes in the future, we will update our pricing accordingly and notify all clients in advance.
4. Ongoing support T&C's
Last updated: 11/04/2025 1. Service Overview This package provides year-long support for families employing a nanny, whether placed through NANA or independently. It offers trusted, ongoing advice to help you navigate nanny relationships with confidence and care. 2. What’s Include 2x 30-minute support calls (pre-booked during the 12 months) Quarterly email check-ins Unlimited email support for queries, guidance, or check-ins Advice on communication, employment issues, contracts, pay reviews, or transitions Signposting to trusted partners for legal, payroll, or HR advice where needed 3. Duration & Scope Support begins upon payment and runs for 12 consecutive months Calls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability This package does not include legal services or payroll processing 4. Booking & Payment Full payment of £195 is required at the time of purchase No refunds will be issued after the support period has begun Missed or cancelled calls with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled 5. Confidentiality All advice and correspondence is handled with complete confidentiality in line with NANA’s Privacy Policy section (1.). 6. Disclaimer NANA provides non-legal, experience-based guidance. For legal or employment-specific matters, we may recommend qualified professionals. 7. 5. 1hr phone consultation T&C's

Service Overview This consultation provides one-to-one guidance for families or nannies looking for expert advice on childcare options, hiring a nanny, returning to work, or managing existing arrangements. 2. Booking & Payment All consultations must be pre-booked via email Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot You’ll receive confirmation and a call time within 24 hours of booking 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable Missed calls are treated as cancellations unless otherwise agreed 4. What’s Included A 60-minute phone or video call with a NANA advisor Tailored advice based on your situation A brief follow-up summary email (if needed/requested) 5. Limitations The consultation offers general guidance based on childcare experience and best practices. It does not replace legal or payroll advice. We may refer you to trusted professionals for specialised support. 6. Confidentiality All conversations are confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See section (1.) 7.
